Jason Barrett is Senior Vice President, Renewable Energy Sales at GAF Energy with direct responsibility for both commercial and residential markets. Prior to his role, he served as the Vice President of Structured Finance and Investments originating and deploying tax equity in solar rooftop transactions. Jason has an extensive background in structured finance and asset management with prior positions at firms including Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Fannie Mae and Morgan Stanley. He has a BBA in Finance / International Business from Howard University, where he was a Trustee and ITT Hartford Scholar and an MBA from Cornell University where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow. In 2020, Jason and his team received the Los Angeles Business Council’s Renewable Energy Award for creating innovative financial tools for solar rooftop development.
Bonnie Boone is a producer and client executive for Gallagher’s risk management practice group. She develops strategy and places professional liability and other casualty lines for a broad range of large clients. Her expertise includes large physician groups, healthcare organizations (hospitals, MCO), large academic medical centers/ universities, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, reinsurance facultative and treaty and start- up bio tech companies. Her focus is on captives, cash flow-loss sensitive programs, and coverage analysis in these areas. She co-chairs the Managed Care Practice Group. She also manages overall coordination of Gallagher’s resources as well as account management and new business development. Bonnie has over 38 years of experience in the insurance industry as a broker and underwriter. She joined Gallagher in 2017 from Marsh, where she sat on the national executive committee for its healthcare practice. Prior to that, she was with Alliant Insurances Services where she oversaw healthcare and casualty for the Chicago and New York offices. She also held a national position with Willis for more than a decade and worked with 280 retail offices on a global basis to produce business, market, and set strategy for the health care industry and casualty business. She chaired product line/industry segments for long-term care, managed care, and HPL (integrated delivery systems), among others. She has placed reinsurance for some the largest captive programs in the country. Additional experience includes managing an underwriting staff and a book of business for Continental Insurance Company with a premium volume of $103 million. Establishing market direction, reinsurance treaties, developing rates, underwriting guidelines, and corporate strategies were a part of her duties. She has been the underwriter and/ or broker on five of the top ten managed care companies in the country.
India Boulton is Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs at T-Mobile. India provides legal counsel to senior executive management and others on nearly all customer facing matters. India leads a mighty team with responsibility for providing legal guidance on advertising, strategic marketing, communications, consumer and business sales, care, finance, and operational issues. India also serves on the Diversity Advisory Board to senior leadership, and as the Executive Sponsor for the Black Employee Network. Prior to her current role at T-Mobile, India spent over 16 years at Sprint, where she rose from counsel to Vice-President-Law/Marketing Practices. She also served as Executive Sponsor for Diamond Network, the Black Employee Resource Group. Before going in-house, India practiced commercial real estate law at the Katz Law Firm and represented one of the largest national retailers. India began her law career as an attorney at Rider Bennett in Minnesota, a large multi-disciplinary law firm, where she practiced general business and real estate law. India received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas prior to attending Washburn University School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1999. India has been actively involved in many legal and community organizations. Among a few, she served as the first President for the Kansas Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section from 2005-2007. She has also served on the Executive Board and Bylaws committee for the Johnson County Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc, and on the Board for the Linwood YMCA.
Pamela Brylski is a senior vice president at Morgan Stanley. She and her team focus on serving the wealth management needs of families and institutions. Previously she served as a vice president in the investment management division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs & Co, Pamela practiced as a corporate attorney in New York with global law firms representing private equity firms, hedge funds and international corporations in a variety of domestic and international transactions. She also worked as a transaction advisor for the global private equity firm, The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC. Pamela also served as a White House Intern. Freda Lee serves as Vice President, Head of Relationship Management for AIG Retirement Services. She leads a team of Relationship Managers across the U.S., who are responsible for managing defined contribution client relationships with an emphasis on developing retention and growth strategies for the firm’s institutional clients. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with an extensive background in organizational strategy and the administration and implementation of defined contribution plans for clients in the healthcare, government, higher education, K-12, and religious / charitable markets. In significant part through the management of the company’s in house lawyers and outside counsel, Mr. Newborn has ultimate executive responsibility for the legal health of the company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. As the company’s chief legal officer and corporate secretary, Mr. Newborn is also the company’s senior advisor to the board of directors on governance matters, and the senior management on strategic and operational concerns of the company, including matters involving the company’s acquisition activity, public reporting, material litigation and regulatory matters. Mr. Newborn has over twenty-eight years of legal experience, including twenty-five in the insurance and financial services industry. Brian Norris is Senior Vice President, Direct to Scale at NBCUniversal and leads the Direct to Scale and Direct Response sales team responsible. Norris brings almost 20 years of management and leadership experience driving television revenue in linear, addressable and digital media. He reports to Thomas Stevens, Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales, NBCUniversal. Before joining NBCUniversal, Brian served as Vice President of DISH Media Sales overseeing advertising sales for DISH and Sling TV. Brian joined DISH in 2008 to assist in the establishment of DISH Media Sales’ flagship office in New York. In this role, Brian led the day-to-day efforts for all advertising sales, viewer measurement and operations. Earlier in his career he held sales roles at Viacom and Lifetime Entertainment Services. Brian volunteers with Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of NYC and currently serves on the board of the nonprofit International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) as well as the IE Business School Alumni Association. Stacy Sharpe, senior vice president, Corporate Brand, leads stakeholder engagement for The Allstate Corporation. She oversees corporate reputation, internal and external communications, thought leadership, public relations, social media, sustainability and The Allstate Foundation. Before her current role, Sharpe was field vice president of Allstate’s Capital Region, helping lead sales and operations in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia. She has also served as vice president, Federal Affairs, where she led efforts to shape and advance Allstate’s public policy strategy. Earlier in her career, Sharpe was assistant vice president, Reputation Leadership, where she created and championed Allstate’s reputation strategy. She was the communications director for the chairman, president and CEO of Allstate, overseeing his executive communications as well as public relations and corporate communication strategies. In addition, she led strategic communications for numerous Allstate businesses, including Allstate Financial, Allstate Protection and the independent agency business. She also has experience in customer service operations and human resources. Sharpe serves on the board of directors of Facing History and Ourselves, the Chicago Urban League, and the Arthur W.
